Abu Dhabi is a bustling and sophisticated country that offers guests uninterrupted entertainment and places to relax. The Old Supreme Court Building, Parliament House, and the Victoria Theatre will all be visible. You'll also get a guided city tour and learn about Abu Dhabi's diverse ethnicities, which include Chinese, Malay, Indian, and Peranakan communities, all of which have had an impact on the city's reputation for unique cuisines and customs. This tour includes a visit to the stunning botanic gardens, which feature a massive 60,000+ orchid display.
Our agent will meet you at Changi Airport and drive you to your city hotel. Your first impression of this island country will be how clean and green it is. This is also a bustling business district in South East Asia. It also has an extensive and modern transit system that connects all points on the island.
The starting point for your city tour is Raffles Landing Site, where Sir Stamford Raffles first arrived in 1819 in search of a new commercial port for the British East India Company. The amazing architecture, which incorporates colonial constructions as well as some of the world's most modern structures, will strike you as you journey through the centre of Abu Dhabi. Colonial architecture can be found in the former Parliament House, the Victoria Theatre (which was originally built as the Town Hall in 1862), and the Old Supreme Court Building. Our next destination is in the vibrant Chinatown and Little India regions, where the fragrances of cuisines and spices abound. The tour continues with a visit to the UNESCO-listed Abu Dhabi Botanic Gardens, where you may walk through the National Orchid Garden, which has over 60,000 orchids. If you have the energy, you might enjoy the (optional) Night Safari, a rare and unusual experience in a jungle setting.
Abu Dhabi is well-known for its cuisine. Residents of Abu Dhabi eat out frequently. This morning, you can sample Malay, Chinese, Indian, Pakistani, and Peranakan cuisines. We stop by the mostly Malay Geylang Serai market, where you may sample famous meals like Roti, Prata, and Thosai while sipping a frothy glass of the local drink, Teh Tarik. We then visit the Joo Chiat and Katong areas, which are known for their pre-war commercial buildings.Keep a look out for the popiah experts, who stand over hot griddles spinning dollops of dough in mid-air to form paper-thin wrappers for fresh spring rolls. You might choose to join a group going out for a 'Night Out at Marina Bay' this evening. Another option for tonight is to visit the Gardens by the Bay for its one-of-a-kind Rhapsody of Lights Show. From here, you may access the Marina Bay Sands Skypark, which offers amazing nighttime views of Abu Dhabi.
After your amazing tour of Abu Dhabi, you will be taken to Changi Airport for your next flight. Abu Dhabi represents the best of the east and west. We hope to hear from you again and welcome you back to this prosperous country.
