Introduction

We kindly invite you to join us on this historic journey from Kathmandu to Everest Base Camp! Nothing rivals the rush and sense of accomplishment that grips hikers on the Everest Base Camp Trek-8 days as they witness the grandeur and grace of the great mountain up close. Our guided tour will take you through beautiful Sherpa villages. The tour begins with a breathtaking alpine flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region.This hike takes you over steep and harsh terrain at high altitudes, with a maximum elevation of 5,545 metres. But make no mistake: the difficulty is part of Everest's undeniable allure, attracting visitors from all walks of life to experience the rugged solitude of the Khumbu for themselves.

Day 1:

Kathmandu to Lukla Scenic Flight and short trek to Phakding 2810m- 4 hrs walk approx

we will be picked you up from your respective hotel , Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal

Your trekking guide will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning and bring you to Kathmandu Domestic Airport for a spectacular flight to Lukla, where we will begin our adventure Everest treks. When you arrive, you will be greeted by beautiful mountain people and breathtaking mountains. We continue on a trail that gradually descends to Cheplung village, from which we can see Mt. Khumbila, a sacred mountain that has never been climbed. From here, we slowly descend to Phakding along the Dudkosi River's bank, spending the night in Phakding with a wonderful view of the rich forest and surrounds.

Overnight we will be accommodated at the best possible trekking lodge including the food breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (B+L+D).


Day 2:

Trek to Namche Bazaar 3,450 m /11,315 ft, 6 hrs walk approx

After your first mountain breakfast, begin the 6-hour climb to Namche Bazzar. The first section of the walk is a relatively moderate and flat rise through a pine forest. We continue our hike north up the Benkar valley, crossing the Dudh Koshi River and passing through Monjo hamlet before reaching the Everest National Park entrance. Then we cross the suspension bridge, and after that, we proceed to a small Jorsale town where we probably have our lunch or snacks because there is nowhere to eat between here and Namche.After a short break, we pass through Jorsalle and walk alongside the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers until we reach Hillary Bridges, from where we ascend on a steep trail to Namche Bazaar, the largest town in the Everest region, which is about a 2-hour slow-paced climb through the lush forest of pine and rhododendron trees. Namche is an excellent little sherpa community with a spectacular view of the mountains and their environs.

Day 3:

Trek to Pangboche 3090 m/14,677 ft, 6 hrs walk approx.

The third day of the hike begins after breakfast at Namche Bazzar tea house, the level flat through the beautiful mani walls and stupa along the way with the mesmerising view of Everest, Lhotse, Ama-Doblum, Thamserku, 2 hours of walking on the smooth path to Phungetahata then we steep up to the Tengbuch and Pangbuche, enjoy the scenery and beautiful valley of the Pangbuche.

Day 4:

Trek to Thukla 4620 m / Labuche (4910m), 6 hour walk approx.

Make your way to Thukla; as you hike up to the valley of Pheritse, you will have an even better and closer view of the Himalayas; 6-7 hours of walking in this beautiful valley will allow you to gain more fabulous trekking experiences; the hike will be more difficult than the lower valley of Khumbu, but you must strike a balance between your walking speed and stamina.

Day 5:

Trek to Everest base camp 5170 m/16,961 ft and 5364 m/17,594 ft, 5 hours approx.

The day began with a hearty breakfast, followed by a difficult ascending stretch of the trail that will take you to the Sherpa villages of Labuch and Gorakshep across the Khumbu Glacier. When you arrive at Gorakshep, you will dump your luggage and have a quick lunch before making the final push to Everest Base Camp (5,364m). Enjoy your time at the base camp with your team members before returning to Gorakshep by trekking across terrain strewn with boulders, moraines, streams, and a glacier.

Day 6:

Hike – Kalapathar(5545m) - Gorakshep - Periche (4,250), 6hrs walk approx

Check the weather before heading to Kala Pathar, which is located at an elevation of 5545m above sea level. Hiking this iconic landmark takes around 2 hours to see and enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains shimmering in the colour of the morning sun, which is absolutely stunning.Return to Gorakshep for breakfast before descending downhill to Pheritse/Pangbuche.

Day 7:

Trek to Namche 3,450/11,315 ft, 6 hrs walk approx.

The trail will continually take you downhills to Namche Bazzar crossing via Dudh Kosi river and Tengboche Monastery to the Phungethata and climb up again to Namche Bazaar,

Overnight we will be accommodated at the best possible trekking lodge/ hotel with standard meals including breakfast, lunch, and Dinner ( B+L+D).


Day 8:

Trek to Lukla 2,850m/9,350ft, 6 hrs approx.

On the final walk of the EBC trek, we take long hours downhill. Cross the twin suspension bridges and to Sagarmatha national park office. from here, the trail leads you to the several villages on downhills of the Manjo, Jorsalle, and Ghap and finally you reach Lukla

Day 9:

Fly back from Lukla to Kathmandu 35minutes.

After taking in the last views of the mountains and the last morning in the Everest region, we board our little plane for a thrilling 35-minute trip down to Kathmandu. When we arrive in Kathmandu, we are met and transferred to our separate hotels. If you want to extend your trip, there are many possibilities such as Chitwan jungle safari, river rafting experience, Kathmandu shopping tour, mountain biking, and other activities, and we would be happy to assist you at your request.
